1, 13Cr15Ni4Mo3N old grade 1Cr15Ni4Mo3N is a semi-austenitic precipitation hardening stainless steel with the following characteristics:
In the solid solution state, it has the advantages of austenitic stainless steel, easy to form by cold working.
Strengthened by heat treatment, its organizational structure is transformed into a large number of martensitic organization, with high strength, plastic toughness with and corrosion resistance.

Mechanical properties (state: heat-treated)
Tensile strength (σb): ≥ 1180 MPa;

Heat treatment: (975~1000°C) ± 10°C, hold for 1 hour, water cooling; -70°C ~ -80°C, hold for 2 hours, return to room temperature; 350°C ~ 400°C ± 10°C, hold for 1~3 hours, natural cooling.
07Cr16Ni6 is also known as S-07 (designation) in GJB7960-2012 standard. In this standard on the notched tensile sensitivity coefficient RmH/Rm (notched specimen tensile strength / ordinary specimen tensile strength) has provisions, this coefficient is an indicator of the toughness of the material, when the notch sensitivity coefficient is greater than 1, the notch sensitivity is higher, that is, the material toughness is poor, and vice versa.
2, properties:
The steel at room temperature organization for austenite and a small amount of martensite, after cold treatment, the organization is transformed into more than 90% martensite and a small amount of residual austenite. more than 90% of the martensite organization, significantly improving the strength of the steel; and residual austenite so that the steel has good toughness. The steel has good hot and cold processing performance, low notch sensitivity, good low temperature toughness, good corrosion resistance.

Used for aircraft engine stress components, bolts and other parts, and other aircraft and parts working in the atmosphere, acetic acid and salt media.
